Mindfulness

All negativity is caused by a denial of the present. Very often our mind is stuck in the past or fantasizing about the future. That's how we actually miss the true magic of life, the very present moment. A mindfulness practice helps you to shift your attention back to the present moment by bringing your awareness back into your body, back to your senses, and back to your breath.

 

A mindfulness practice is especially beneficial during major life events, such as changing jobs, relationships, homes or losing a loved one. It improves your self-awareness and helps you to ground yourself in bringing peace and inner guidance to your life.

 

You learn small effective methods to integrate mindfulness in your everyday life in order to strengthen your mental health effectively.
