Meditation

Learn to become more focused. This is probably one of the biggest challenges in everyday life where distractions wait on every corner. Meditation helps to train your mind to concentrate on one single thing for a certain amount of time. Usually we bring our attention on the breath, our life force energy. While sitting in meditation, while the body becomes still, the mind becomes still as well. What sounds easy is challenging but yet very powerful.
