When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.
A piece of peace
Silence the mind and find some stillness and peace within. A mindfulness practice such as Yoga and Meditation increases your self-awareness. You will be able to release physical and emotional tension from your body, balance your energy, strengthen your self-esteem and become more resilient.
It helps to reduce stress and to release stress related pain, such as headache or lower back pain. It is also supportive in the process of healing from mental-health problems such as addictions, eating disorder, anxiety, trauma or depression.

Yin Yoga
Become present. Yin is the principle of relaxing, retreat and traveling inward. Yin Yoga is a slow and more passive practice where you dive deeply into your body. Layers of tension melt away while stretching your muscles and tissues. You learn to be present to what is happening in your body and mind in each moment. This meditative state helps you to overcome obstacles and balances your Yang – the active and busy side of your life.

Pranayama and Meditation
Deep breaths are little lovenotes to yourself. Our breath is the essence of life. Too rarely it gets our attention though. That's why every practice includes breath work (called pranayama) and a small meditation practice. With breath exercises, you will learn to deepen your breathing and to become more aware of it. In meditation, you deepen your self-awareness as a whole and become more sensitive for your body and breath. They are your compass for a healthy life.
Give yourself permission to take time to breathe, to live life, to give, to love, to reflect, to be present, and to just be.

Meditation
Learn to become more focused. This is probably one of the biggest challenges in everyday life where distractions wait on every corner. Meditation helps to train your mind to concentrate on one single thing for a certain amount of time. Usually we bring our attention on the breath, our life force energy. While sitting in meditation, while the body becomes still, the mind becomes still as well. What sounds easy is challenging but yet very powerful.
"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
The Bhagavad Gita

Mindfulness
All negativity is caused by a denial of the present. Very often our mind is stuck in the past or fantasizing about the future. That's how we actually miss the true magic of life, the very present moment. A mindfulness practice helps you to shift your attention back to the present moment by bringing your awareness back into your body, back to your senses, and back to your breath.
You learn small effective methods to integrate mindfulness in your everyday life in order to strengthen your mental health effectively.
